With years of teaching experience, we strive for a family atmosphere with real common-sense self-defense and fighting skills. We also offer a full belt program focused on confidence building and citizenship, Tai Chi and self-defense workshops.

Women's Self Defense: $5 Drop-in fee per class

Tai Chi: $10 Drop-in fee per class, $5 Seniors
Tu-Th 5:00 pm

Kids: $40/ month
M-T-W-Th 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm

Adults/Jr: $60/month
M-T-W-Th 8:00 pm

Directions: Gun Club Rd off Lewis River Rd (SR 503), go to the end and up hill which is Forest Park Rd. School is held in the adjacent building, sixth house on the left.
